When will a Paperless office be possible.

In my office we just let go one of my managers and when I emptied her cabinets I found Piles of emails about Donor issues, Payment problems etc, etc. The three biggest problems with it were
1- They were filled with personal Information.
2- They were multiple copies of the same emails just a new line, even something as simple as a reply to an email -OK for example. the whole email would be printed out again.
3- this was the littlest but it bothered me the most a lot of them including mine said Please don't print if you don't need to.

So this got me thinking I have worked here for over 4 years and they have been taking about going paperless well before then, why haven't we...and I found this video on youtube and I think it helps explain...The biggest problem with most good ideas...PEOPLE.
